The movers removed the ropes securing my furniture instead of securing each piece as it was unloaded, causing the furniture to fall forward like a domino effect. They knew there was glass inside, yet they tipped the furniture over and smashed it. One mover also walked across my headboard and pushed on it after I specifically told him not to, causing further damage to my expensive vintage furniture. Throughout the move, they said they could not communicate in English and used a phone to translate from Spanish to English. However, at the end of the move, they suddenly spoke English when they needed the code to be paid and when they asked me to leave them a good review. I am requesting compensation for the damage and for a professional furniture repair person to inspect and repair my vintage furniture. I have photographs documenting the damage.
