Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Showed up on time and were ready to work. They did a good job of getting everything moved in the timeframe. Also were friendly. Only gave 4 stars as there was a couple items we wanted moved a certain way (the way the items have been moved in the past), and they refused to do it the way we requested.
I had a great experience with Gotta Move. Juan and Ezequiel were on time, professional and most importantly patient as moving can be really stressful. I highly recommend their services and would hire them again.
The coordination for the loading and unloading service I purchased was efficient, swift, and accurate. The helpers Steve, Peter, Stan, and Dalisto were punctual and professional. They were cautious with furniture, problem solved spacing, divided and engaged efforts efficiently, maxed truck capacity input, secured items effectively, and were gracious in reassuring me of their capabilities. It was also wonderful to hear them speak well of their manager James who was my coordinator. Will refer to them to others and for my future moving needs.
