• Do not use this company. This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever encountered. It was snowing the day of the move, and they called me after our agreed upon start time to let me know they would be an hour late. After an hour, I called again to ask where they were. I was told that one mover was there, but the other one still was not. We decided to get started, and myself and my partner did most of the work with the one mover, who seemed to be very young and didn’t know how to pack a truck. There was no clear communication about when the second mover would arrive. After an hour and a half of working, we were done packing the truck so we went to the second location. At that point, the second mover showed up to the second location and finished the unpacking of the truck. I was still charged for two people, even though we only had one for half the time, and when discussing with the manager and the movers, they became very rude, one of the movers even yelling profanities at us.
