The movers were awesome! They showed up on time, were super friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Communication was great from start to finish. I’d definitely hire them again next time I need movers.

The U-box was packed so poorly that a majority of my few items were scraped or broken. I only had enough items to fill half of the box, but this was too much and was packed so haphazardly that the bed frame guillotined my wrist when opening the unit. My stools were scrubbed and chipped, damaging the legs and cushions, and a majority of my boxes were actually crushed. Again, I only had enough items to fill half of a Ubox and zero furniture pads were used. Legitimately a horrible experience when moving halfway across the country (PA to TX) and to have paid $200 for their service was egregious.
