From start to finish Doug and James exceeded my expectations. They arrived on time, handled everything with care, and worked efficiently throughout the entire move. They showed up an hour late, which isn’t the end of the world. However, I truly don’t think they are professional movers. They damaged some of our furniture, left a ton of dents and scratches in the walls, took longer than any mover I’ve ever hired, and were fighting the whole time. We didn’t even have them move everything because we just wanted the whole experience to be over. Maybe we just got a bad crew, but I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
