I paid your company for (2) movers for (2) hours, and only one showed. I had a 26ft truck which was full to capacity. There was no way person could unload the truck. My husband had to pay additional people to help unload. Zion with Blitz moving did a good job, considering he was the only worker. I paid for service you did not provide as promised and I feel that I am owed a partial refund. I can’t believe at this survey, you’re requesting a tip for 2 drivers.
JC Quality Precision Movers were the best movers I have ever had! Their name says it all. Quality and precision describe their work best!! They were extremely cautious moving furniture up and down the stairs and then I moved into a condo on the third floor and not one mark was made anywhere! I have never seen movers be so thorough! In addition, they were respectful, friendly, resourceful and extremely efficient! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future!
