Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Third move they have helped us with and as always excellent service. This time is a long distance move and the truck was loaded quickly and perfectly. Always respectful and helpful. The three guys worked their butts off and it was super hot. Thanks again for your help. 100 out of 10 RECOMMEND
Horrible experience. After the truck was packed Dylan, the guy Colby the boss assigned to drive the truck to Florida, called me to say he needed $1700 paid to him or he wouldn't pick up the truck. I asked him to have Colby call me. Dylan is calling and texting me constantly while I'm driving the truck. I don't talk on the phone or text while driving. When I stopped, I called Colby who said it was all a misunderstanding, not blackmail. I asked him what happens if Dylan is driving the truck and the next day he wants $1700 more dollars or he just leaves the truck somewhere? Colby agreed to refund the money. He said it would be 4-5 days to get the refund, today is the fifth day and I don't have a refund. I tipped team Montie, the guy's packing the truck, very well they always do a good job. Colby, the manager, and Dylan clearly aren't trustworthy.
Brian and Isaiah are outstanding. Strong men with excellent character and work ethic. They provide the best moving service in the business.
