  • Dominick has a true mastery of spacial reasoning. He packed my 26' truck to the rafters and everything rode very well for over 1000 miles. He is also a great communicator, making sure we were on track for a week ahead of time. I highly recommend him and his team.

  • Chose Actual Movers because they were the top rated movers on this platform. TLDR they booked another move for my same day and then tried pushing mine back 5+ hrs the afternoon of the move. We rescheduled for the next day and got a third guy who was relatively new at the job as a bonus (?). When I expressed my complaints at the end with Dominic, he got defensive and lectured me that this was actually my fault. The actual move itself was fine and they were able to creatively fit my large couch through a small door, but the way Dominic handled everything makes me not want to book them again. More details. My move was booked to start at 1 pm and they told me they’d get there by 2 pm at the latest. However, they had booked a much larger move out in Sonoma the same day and then told me at noon that day that they would be late (3 or 4 pm). They then stop responded to me and then called at 3 pm saying that they’re just finishing up and wouldn’t be able to get to me for a couple more hrs.
