  • Communication on both sides wasn't great. I told them my move would be sometime after 4pm. At 4pm I reached out to see what time they'd arrive and I was told they had one more quick job. I was told they were almost done at 5pm and again at 615pm. They then showed up at 8pm. The timing wasnt really an issue, but more how it was communicated. I should have also set a specific time at the beginning, but did assume that after 4pm would be closer to 4pm. Otherwise they did a great job.

    We apologize for any lack of communication. We had several jobs that day. I dont have someone in an office somewhere to text you while i carry other peoples stuff. The fact of the matter, we completed 3 jobs and at 8pm still showed up for you. And completed yours. For that you're welcome.
