  He had not vetted the move staff. He hired them from Craigslist the day of my move and had never met them or provided any training. The men had no means of transportation from the loading site to my apartment. I waited for an extended period for them to arrive. It turned out that they had to take a bus and walk. The men were not paid, they returned to my apartment hours after the move was completed asking for my help to secure compensation. One of the gentlemen was unhoused, and needed the money. I will not use them again and do not recommend this company.

  Daryl was an excellent communicator in confirming my reservation and letting me know who to expect would be arriving on moving day. I believe the movers we had were Trevor, Bo, and Connie - I have nothing but rave reviews for them! They arrived early, made quick work of getting things loaded and then unloaded, and were very friendly and upbeat the whole time. They were careful with our belongings and made sure to ask where we wanted them to place items being unloaded. I would definitely recommend Daryl and his team and will be keeping them in mind for the next time we move!
