Cowboy Movers
The move was performed on May 28 - not May 30. Communication before the move was fast and direct and rates a 5 Star. However, on May 28, unsure if I'd make the 5.5 hr drive in time, I asked for a change in move date, which evidently costs $40. Turns out I did not need to the change & communicated immediately with the mover. No matter; I was charged for the change that didn't happen. In terms of the move, Calvin and Jeremy worked fast. Emphasis is on the word 'fast'. Neither paid much attention to the FRAGILE stickers on my boxes. As I now attempt to find my belongs in the unit, HEAVY boxes that were stacked 5-high on top of multiple FRAGILE boxes have fallen on my head - multiple times. If you want your belongs moved fast, Cowboy Movers is for you. If you want attention to detail, this is not the company for you. If you need to communicate about anything - AFTER your move date - this is not the company for you.
