    My crew had a family emergency but didnt show up. The owner tried their best to get a new crew to me quickly, but my 8am move got started a little after 1130. The crew that showed up was very kind, but due to the last minute scheduling were a little unprepared. The owner assured me this was a very rare occurrence for them and refunded me part of my move which was appreciated.
