  • I clearly mentioned that I have heavy sofas, yet they sent an old lady who couldn't pick up the heavy sofas, and other furniture, sofas, and some furniture got scratched because she couldn't lift it up on her side. I have no complaints about the lady; she tried her best, but this job should be for a muscle persons for heavy lifting. I felt sorry for the lady that she had to do this.

  • It’s sad the work of the movers was undermined by the person coordinating behind the scenes. They requested an additional hour unnecessarily, quoting the extra hour I requested wasn’t confirmed on their end. When I brought up the issue of the extra hour, they said to contact U-Haul for any refunds. Turns out U-Haul can’t do anything once the payment code is shared. Shady business practices, would not recommend this company.
