• When all my items were loaded, I expressed concern about the heavy boxes on top of the tall bookcase and cabinet, in the back of the ubox. The mover said they were ok, and if I wanted them moved, she had to take the items in front all down again, expressing reluctance to do so. The ubox was not loaded level, heavy items stacked high in the back. Thinking they were professionals with experience, I relented and had them close the ubox. My ubox arrived looking as if a hurricane had gone through it, the boxes from the top had crushed my lampshade, everything else was strewn all over, even the boxes labeled fragile were crushed (fortunately nothing was broken because I had securely packed those.) The items in the front were tumbled over from the weight of the fallen, unsecured, items. Even though there were 24 furniture pads, the mover cut 2 of them in half. I wasn't aware that those were rental items, so upon unloading, at the destination, I had to account for ripped furniture pads.

• Mike and Briana went out of their way to communicate with us every step of the process. They found ways to pack our things without needing more than the 5 Uboxes we ordered. They worked all day in unprecedented heat yet remained friendly and cheerful. Bravo!
