  • I had to contact them - the day before they were to come. They never called me. I had another group of helpers help me pack the day before who were excellent. In comparison, the one I am reviewing here were ok, but not as great. They were friendly and helpful. They arrived 15 minutes late, which was a little frustrating since they had insisted the day before that they begin at 8am. I had wanted them to work from 9 till 11.
