I had an outstanding experience!! Movers, Eric and Alex , were on time and very professional. They were so quick, careful, and efficient. I’m a very nervous mover and I instantly felt at ease. Overall, it was my best moving experience and I would highly recommend POG, particularly these employees.

Not great with timing or communication on the day of move in. I was very specific about having work until 5 pm and not being able to move in before. They called me and said they were running early and asked if I could adjust for them. Since they said they were already at UHaul store, which was about 10 minutes away, I said I could come to my apartment to let them in, as long as they came immediately. Unfortunately, it took over 45 minutes from that phone call for them to arrive, which required me needing to take time off work. The communication regarding an exact move in time could have been much better. That said, the communication before move in day was pretty good, although I was concerned about exact timing of move in.
