  • Did not show up till after 6pm when 10am was scheduled. Was promised 3 people and only 2 showed up. They were purposely so slow and did not know how to pack truck. They would carry one small box at a time and refused to use the 2 dollies I provided. Loaded-unloaded one truck till 4am. Had to hire another crew as they did not show up the next day to finish when they only did a third of my house and wanted to charge an extra $817 after being paid $295 and $995. They sent several invoices equating to around $3k and then said they adjusted to compensate for the slow work and lack of work by one of their employees. The new crew I had to hire finished in 3.5 hours loading and unloading an almost full house. Items were damaged and they are harassing me for more money on a job they did not finish, showed up late for and did not show up for on two days. Had to pay an extra day for the truck and missed work. DO NOT USE!

  • Horrible! I scheduled this 2 weeks in advance for aMonday. I called a week prior to go over every room and what I had in detail. Was told 2 hours was sufficient even after I insisted I had a lot of kitchen stuff and very heavy cabinets. Extra hours could be added if needed. They did not show up Monday stating bad weather even though it was just packing Monday. Also, on one of our phone calls I was told to schedule one day for packing and the other for loading-unloading-unpacking. Was told they would show up 8am Tuesday to pack and 10am to start loading and bring an extra person to make up for the time. I was worried that it would not be all done and was assured that it would be. She did not show up till after 10am with her daughter. Her daughter did practically nothing...several hours for 2 small book cases in which items were damaged, 2 plus hours for one small guest bathroom barely anything in it. 2 plus hours for 4 small boxes in my work room.
