  • I had an extremely bad experience. Hired two movers for two hours to load at my apartment and unload at my new address 8.8 miles away. They arrived at 350 pm and finished loading by 430 with just a few items. Then they asked for the payment code and my unload address. I trusted they would meet me there but they completely disappeared. I waited over two hours at my new place with no reply to calls or texts. Their voicemail was full. I had to unload the entire truck alone, which was exhausting and stressful. This was unprofessional and dishonest and felt like a scam. Avoid this provider at all costs.

    We are truly sorry to hear that you had a frustrating experience but we would like to clarify a few important details. You booked us for a 2 hour moving job and we arrived at 335 PM. We completed the loading portion by 430 PM and you provided the payment code at that time which confirms to us that the job was completed to your satisfaction. At no point during booking or on site communication was an unload address or additional travel and unload time mentioned or requested. If those details had been included upfront we absolutely would have been happy to accommodate them through proper scheduling. We understand moving can be stressful and communication is key to making the process smooth for everyone involved. Our goal is always to provide clear reliable service and in this case we followed the terms exactly as they were presented.
