Hi, thank you for choosing AFFORDABLE MOVERS. We provide LABOR ONLY - NO TRUCK. Time starts at arrival and ends when PAYMENT CODE is provided. For LOAD ONLY jobs, have tie down straps ready. We bring basic equipment but DO NOT PROVIDE packing materials. Fragile or SPECIALTY ITEMS must be WRAPPED. Please confirm time, service, truck size, stairs, items and addresses.

I had scheduled two movers for 5 hours, only one showed up, had to therefore have a 67-year-old husband and wife help with the move which only took three hours. I thought there should be a reduced fee for the first three hours and I canceled the second two hours. Paid $210 plus 50$ tip. $270 for one mover is too high. Gave $50 tip because the one mover was extra ordinary, but the company should have only charged for one mover for the three hours.
