  • They were quick and efficient, but definitely had some issues. Traffic was bad so they came late, but that's alright it happens. They communicated it when they were already late that they were going to be more late (also fine). They got here and started unloading and moving the uhaul stuff before even talking to me or confirming it was my uhaul (quick and efficient, but a bit unprofessional, nbd tbh.) The thing that got me was that I had an olive oil spill from (my own incompetence) in a bag that I packed. They brought the very oily bag into my place and placed onto my carpet and then did not tell me about it. (Whether on accident or on purpose, either way a bit concerning). To their credit they did mention there was some in the uhaul and that I should clean it. I cleaned it, all was fine, and they were efficient with it, they finished super fast, still tipped. But the combination of factors didn't really make me super happy overall. They were fast but also I was incompetent

  • The communications over the call or email& texts were there, which was great.I wish they would have called me instead of emailing me, I was not checking my emails in the morning as I was busy with moving stuff. But no complaints at all. The workers were so great, they professionally fill the directions and kept the fragile boxes safely.
