  • Shaquille was the upmost professional. He went above and beyond to see that my household items were taken care of and literally made a 10x15 storage unit fit in ONE UBOX. I was in disbelief, self admitted to him I had no faith. But at 11pm the trailer was rolling back to the lot and my unit was clear. Him and his manager made a seemingly impossible task (administrative blunders out of their control) smooth over and the job took less than two hours. The conversation shared was also a plus. Shaquille wasn't robotic or cold. A very genuine professional and earnest man. Excellent work ethic paired with a pleasant demeanor. Highly recommend!
