The owner is rude, unprofessional and has poor communication skills. He will not communicate over the phone, only text and becomes very frustrated and rude if you ask to speak to him. There was no confirmation sent that movers would be there at the date and time requested. I followed up several times in order to finally confirm. The men that showed up did not speak English and were unable to communicate with me without using Google translate, which was extremely frustrating and time consuming utilizing the time I paid for to move my belongings. The only positive was that the two movers were careful loading and unloading my belongings. I would not recommend this company due to the owners lack of professionalism. Only use them if you’re bilingual.
