Anytime solutions
I had an okay experience with Anytime Solutions. I originally booked two helpers for two hours for unloading help. I had to reach out myself to schedule a time, and I also requested that they send three helpers instead. The person on the phone said that would be no problem and that I can pay the difference on the day of. On the day of my move, I received no communication from Anytime Solutions at all. I tried to call to confirm they were coming and my calls went straight to voicemail. I was concerned they would not show up at all. Later, I realized that the phone number for the company had for some reason changed on the Uhaul app. Only two helpers ended up showing up, with only one of them being on time. That helper was very good and did most of the work while the other didn't do much. Overall, it felt unprofessional, but my stuff ended up being moved into my apartment within the two hours, so it worked out in the end.
