It was a shame Firstly neither spoke english snd so communication was not easy The mover brought his wife girlfriend partner and neither had any true experience moving or packing opting to slide everything on blankets or use straps to move items putting excessive stress on furniture legs. This got a tad ridiculous when strapping up to move a bedside table weighing 15lb I did tip 2 hours but I would not recommend this team. Sorry
