    They were supposed to arrive at 1 PM but ended up being 2 hours late, arriving instead at 315 PM and not starting until 330 PM. When their time was up, they were kind enough to finish loading what they had removed from the apartment. However, they did not offer to extend the time or communicate that the job couldn't be completed within the scheduled timeframe. If we had known this, we would have asked them to focus on the furniture and larger items instead of the smaller belongings, or we would have purchased an additional hour of work.
