Very pleasant, mannerable guys, but the communication was almost non-existent. I only spoke to someone when I reached out (4 days before & 1 day before the move, even though it was booked weeks ago). During those times, I was told that they would be there for sure, but no specifics on time until I directly asked. Once there, I was told a lot couldn't be taken because it needed to be packed or wrapped a specific way & due to recent policy changes. However, this should have been communicated along with a phone call to confirm & discuss the move. As a result, my husband and I spent many more hours back and forth moving things on our own. This is not what I expected after paying for 5hrs of service & only getting 3 with no mention of a refund for the other 2hrs that I didn’t get service for. Also, a leg on my tv was broken which is no big deal, but upon plugging in another tv, we notice that it is visibly damaged and separated at the top or screen from mishandling.
