  The company was consistent with communication. The movers were punctual and worked hard. I noticed that one of the movers wanted to handle items by himself, throw items over his shoulder and grabbed my chair by the arm. These items were not sacks of potatoes, they were my belongings. I held the door as they forced my sofa onto the elevator risking damage to the legs. It came as no surprise the next day when my daughter pointed out damage to my chest and my deep freezer. I reached out to Florida Top Movers on Saturday night, by text and was told that someone would contact me. It’s Wednesday and still no word. I filed an insurance claim yesterday. There’s more, I’ll stop here.

  Movers came to drop off my moving pod & after seeing both of them drive the vehicle, I noticed they smelled of weed. When I told them I’d unload it myself & have it picked up at a later date, they explained it had to be done the same day—until calling their boss & confirming I was right. Still they INSISTED that I provide, not only the uhaul drop off payment code but also the pick up code to them before leaving. Even after explaining that didn’t seem right, they pressed, & I reluctantly provided them both payment codes. After spending the next 2 weeks calling & being told by the company the pod would be picked up; the pod was never picked up. The company began ignoring my calls & even DISABLED THEIR VOICEMAIL BOX AFTER I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THEM TOO MANY TIMES. I eventually had to contact uhaul asset protection to get the pod removed 2 weeks after the pod was originally dropped off. Do not go with this company, they will ignore you, lie to you & take payment for work they never finish
