• These guys did an amazing job unloading my packed 20' truck! They were early, fast, efficient and joyful the whole time. Herrera stacked the storage unit so well I could've rented a smaller unit! They were also very considerate of my property and gentle with boxes marked fragile.

• Loaders scheduled for 8 am. Received text less than 1 hour prior to scheduled time stating 1 worker was in an accident prior day and would need to reschedule the next day. Advised I had timelines to meet and unload help scheduled next day first thing in morning. Was told he would work on getting help and he would call me back shortly. No call after an hour. Left voicemail that I was 70 yrs old , had major spine surgery less than 6 months prior. I called back, no answer. Called a few times, no answer. Finally received call back stating he could get help out by noon. In the meantime, I loaded 53 medium and large U Haul boxes myself on truck, due to no callback and no help. Help finally arrived. 1 guy and a girl who didn't speak English and had no prior loading exp. Much damage done , antique cabinet had decorative piece broken off by girl who tried to use it as handle. Large painting had a 2 inch gash. Entertainment cabinet glass has 4 in scratch .I would not recommend at all.

  We are very sorry that you had that experience, unfortunately one of my workers suffered an accident at home and I did not have enough time to provide you with a faster service, our team always seeks excellence, however, at that time I could not do anything, I am very sorry what I can do for you we will do it to mend your dissatisfaction
