  • Better or more communication would have made me more at ease. When you are selling a house and must be out of the house on a certain date that cannot change, maximum communication would be reassuring that everything is on track and there won’t be any issues. The crew did a good job loading and workied quickly. There were a bit rough with some boxes that were labeled fragile.

    Im really sorry, I immediately responded with Yes when you asked to confirm if we were still coming on today's date. I was working at the time, sorry I didn't elaborate and only said Yes. I stuffed pads in all gaps between boxes to make Load as secure as possible. Could of fit in 2 uboxes but used all 3 so that the tools in garage didn't have to be squeezed and shoved on top of couch and mattress and potentially tear something. Packed in same way we have packed uboxes for 8 years to make the neatest load possible. The fragile boxes were squeezed up top the of all the other boxes so they weren't squished at the bottom and pads were squeezed in between gaps to prevent shifting. We showed up at agreed time and date and confirmed the day before. We did not have any missed calls and responded promptly to all your texts. Im sorry we did not elaborate but we certainly would not have canceled on you.
