Had a great experience overall! Grade A communicated good throughout the process. There was a little hiccup when the movers canceled at the time they were supposed to start but Hugo made sure to send another crew out as quickly as possible. They finished the job in quickly and safely manner. Overall, had an easy move and would recommend them in the future.

They were supposed to arrive at 1 PM but ended up being 2 hours late, arriving instead at 315 PM and not starting until 330 PM. When their time was up, they were kind enough to finish loading what they had removed from the apartment. However, they did not offer to extend the time or communicate that the job couldn't be completed within the scheduled timeframe. If we had known this, we would have asked them to focus on the furniture and larger items instead of the smaller belongings, or we would have purchased an additional hour of work.
