  • The movers were nice young men, they worked hard. Unfortunately, I was given an all inclusive price that was less than I was ultimately charged. Beware of the mileage charge! Some of our antique furniture was scratched because the load shifted in transit. We asked the movers to tie down the load, and provided rope, but they did not. The packing job was good, but not quite good enough, items packed on top moved. Based on advice by the U-Haul Cathedral City staff to leave the box, the movers left the box with U-Haul without insuring it was recorded as received. This caused the box to be missing for a few days. This was unnecessary stress, but Andres from Moving Wise was very helpful in resolving this. I would use Moving Wise again but not Moving Help. Overall, this was more expensive than we originally were told.
