  • Terrible service, they broke my desk and didn't refund for the damage

    Hi Afnan, we regret to hear your negative review. We're unclear as to why you waited over 50 days after your service to leave this review. Our movers were hired to deliver and unload your ubox. Before handling your desk our movers notified you of the damages from to much weight loaded on top of your desk and breaking the leg. Together you and our movers took photos and documented the damage. Your statement was (your boyfriend loaded it.) You released payment and even tipped the movers. While speaking with your boyfriend 52 days after your service over the phone he stated it had to be whever loaded your ubox. We hate your desk was damaged however Knox Relocators is not the responsible party. Thanks for choosing Knox Relocators for your moving help needs.
