• Never received a final receipt. When I communicated with this company, I was told yes someone will drive the uhaul. then on the day, I was hit with a $200 fee including a 3rd helper, driving charge, and extra time to finish the job. I was only quoted an extra $75 which I agreed to. Then they showed up, an hour late, were slow and had to be reminded what they were moving and kept asking me to repeat what I needed them to take on the truck. The pictures I sent the dispatcher the previous month, and the list of items never made it to the movers, and they told me they didn't have any idea I needed a driver, or that I needed help loading and unloading too, and it seemed a bit like I was being scammed. There was a lot of back and forth from the mover about well, we could drive, but I don't really want to drive, but technically we can drive, and it began to feel like I put my trust in a company that wasn't exactly on the up and up. They didn't even finish the job.

• Absolutely the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. Only one mover showed up (3 hours late) when I paid for two, and I ended up having to move half the items myself. My couch was damaged, and the mover pressured me to pay him directly through CashApp. Afterward, he and the owner harassed me nonstop for the payment code, even blocking my car, following me, and sending threatening messages. I had to involve the police because I did not feel safe. Completely unprofessional and unsafe. This company should not be allowed to operate.
