  • One of my nightstands was dropped and broken, a kitchen box with glass bowls and plates appears to have been dropped as well since all but 4 items in it were broken. Additionally, they were 30 minutes late for loading as they went to the wrong address.

  • BUYER BEWARE. I hired this company because their name is Military Veterans to Techs. Both my father and my mother were Marines in WWII, so I like to honor and support veterans. However, the people who showed up were neither veterans nor techs. The 2 guys were ghetto and one of them had never moved anybody before. They got very offended when I was showing them how to get my chairs through a doorway without breaking them. The lead guy told me he was a grown a-- man and that I was being disrespectful to him. I tried calling the owner of the company, but got no response. The two guys got no tip, whereas the young lady (who was an add-on at the last minute) was incredible and she got a $50 tip. At 77 years old, I shouldn't have to teach movers how to move. This was the worst moving experience I've ever had, so I'm doing my best to warn people.
