  • I would not recommend this company. I have a one-bedroom apartment under 800 sq ft and my move took 6 hours. the platform’s own estimator suggested 2. The crew arrived nearly an hour late after going to the wrong address, and the first thing they asked when they arrived was how many hours I had paid for. One mover was visibly inactive at multiple points while the other worked alone. My coffee table was damaged from being loaded face-down, and I overheard the crew dismiss damage to my TV stand by claiming it was already broken. I was directed to pay $180 in overtime via Zelle outside of U-Haul’s payment system, which violates platform policy. After the job I received a text implying the overtime had been waived in exchange for a 5-star review. I had already paid it in full.
