The overall experience was really not good. They scratched and damaged almost every piece of furniture we have. When it was blocked, instead of figuring out what was in the way, they forced the furniture through. We identified multiple boxes as fragile, but they were not handled with care. We have multiple marks on the wall, and I will be charged by my previous landlord to fix them. They were really slow. They took 2h30-3h hours to load the truck with my help and left half of the big items out of the truck after saying multiple times that they were the most important things to load. The truck was not loaded to full capacity, which meant I had to do a second run alone. They were friendly, though, which was nice.
