• We had an unexpected situation and the smoke alarms were going off in the home. It was deafening so we allowed the movers to unload the truck into the garage. We booked the help for two hours. Obviously, unloading directly into the garage, with the exception of boxes with blue tape which I requested to be put inside, went very quickly. Since there was still time and the alarms were no longer sounding, the movers were asked to bring some things into designated rooms. They had a very bad attitude about it. Would not recommend them. They left with 1 hour and 5 minutes still on the clock.

  To be clear we were told to unload into the garage except boxes with blue tape we did exactly that.Once you seen the truck was empty and time was left my crew didn't mind that you asked for the boxes to be moved it's the simple fact they could have been loading them in the house from the jump the alarm was no problem.Most movers don't double touch however my crew had no problem with that and still got the job done within the 2hr time frame. No we didn't use the whole 2hrs but we have a 2hr minimum policy.Once work is done we are done. Not to mention we sat and waited on the payment code for 10 minutes. Thank you for choosing us and we do apologize for having great and quick service.
