    Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry the nightstand was scuffed during the move. Protective blankets are recommended for all wooden furniture and were not included with the service purchased. While our team handled the items with care, we regret that we could not completely avoid this damage. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve how we communicate protection options before each move.

  • They dropped my TV

    We sincerely apologize for the experience and take your concerns seriously. While our team did not witness a TV being dropped during the move, we are looking into the situation and want to make sure your concerns are properly addressed. For future moves, we highly recommend using U-Haul TV boxes or other proper TV protection when transporting televisions. TVs can be especially fragile and require additional protection during any move. Despite the unfortunate situation, we truly appreciated your kindness and enjoyed helping you with your relocation. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to look into it.
