26 ft trucks require a minimum of 3 men, 15 ft truck and up load and unload require a minimum of 3 hours, moves involving more than one flight of stairs require a minimum of 3 men. We have been receiving an overwhelming amount of requests for the 2 man 2 hour rate for bigger, high labor intensive jobs. Please select the appropriate amount of men and hours to avoid cancellations

Very positive experience with the movers with mostly positive feelings about dispatch. The quality of service for the rate they charged me is absolutely the best in the area. Everyone was very polite and friendly, and even though I mistakenly provided the wrong flight information for their stair policy, the movers were still perfectly polite and friendly and didn’t give me a hard time, and the on-the-fly rate adjustment for the additional labor was very reasonable. Really the only complaint I could make is that dispatch apparently sent the wrong address for the starting location and didn’t inform the crew that it was a Load & Unload job, which could have been a disaster, but luckily we were only moving a few minutes away so the mixup barely affected the schedule. Overall a very positive experience, especially with the movers - I just hope that communication hiccup gets ironed out so it doesn’t affect someone else more seriously in the future. Otherwise, I recommend Clear!
