• Makia stepped in and helped me when my other movers changed their schedule on my move last minute. She stated I won’t leave you hanging. We are here to help until the last box was moved. Her and her crew did more than just help me move. They were only supposed to just move items, but instead they helped me break down items and showed me how to set them back up again once they unloaded the items for me. • The company arrived one hour late and was unable to manage the heavy load. They hit the furniture and damaged the walls, so I had to ask them to stop the work. They requested the code to stop and leave. They only worked for one hour, and due to the damage, the job had to be stopped; however, they are still charging for three hours. I showed them the damage to the walls multiple times, and they agreed at the time, but they are now denying it.
