• I can’t believe UHAUL works with these people.They smelled like weed, never used the two Dollie’s I paid for, never used the blankets I rented,fabric on my chairs was covered with dirt, packed all the big furniture last,were extremely slow ( I just had knee surgery and I was moving faster),one mover had bronchitis and they took apart furniture that didn’t need to be completely disassembled and lost pieces.They never told me they were charging me for additional time when I inquired and at the end I was surprised by the extra $.I had to help them pack the truck because they seemed utterly lost.Definitely NOT professional movers! I will NEVER use a mover from UHAUL again unfortunately.My receipt says USA Movers,but when I called the number to the guys that helped me the VM said Three Marines.When I talked to the their supervisor he said they’d never had a complaint I’m beginning to wonder If their movers actually showed up and it was subletted to someone’s relatives.

• Extremely efficient and great spatial intelligence. The two movers worked as a team, were professional, polite, and packed the truck effectively while situating my things with care. Excellent job!

• Easy to plan and set the services need, good communication the day prior to move for confirmation, and Perry & Justin brought the energy to get the move done much faster than expected. Perry & Justin could not have been more professional and anxious to help. The only thing I would recommend changing is that when you call to confirm the day prior to the move to immediately say you are calling to confirm your move tomorrow and not start with the company name because it sounds like a marketing call. I didn’t stay on the line because I was driving the UHaul across country. Fortunately, you left two great messages for me that told me everything I need ed to know.
