• Worst moving experience ever! Communication was horrible and the planning was very poor. Not only did the moving time keep changing.I felt like super rushed by the crew because my original team was still on another job so boxes just being thrown into the truck without reading if it was fragile or not. I took the time to make sure everything was labeled, but somehow during the move a few of my fragile boxes were upside down and had a few broken cups. Not only that but they told me they were not liable helping me move my tv without box which I told the crew I would clear out my trunk to place it in my car. As I was walking back to get my tv from the uhaul I whitened the crew scratch my tv in serval places and was told they would compensate it but this company has not reached back to me about it. I bought the tv less than a year ago and was told to buy a spay to clean up deep scratches in the middle of my screen. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone book this company.
