• I had to move back the time a couple hours but I gave them plenty of notice and they said no problem. Then they showed up late so late that I was almost done unloading the truck with my friends who showed up and when they did get to my house they sat in the front yard and seemed to vape for a while.

  Sir we were scheduled for 10 am and you called us at 959 am while we were already outside your residence, and told us you were still in another state and had to still stop and unload a vehicle off a trailer in order to have access to unload the truck , we did say it would be fine to start later and told you to call us after you unloaded the car. My team reached out to you 3 times with no answer and when you finally responded, we headed to you immediately. You chose to have your friends start unloading the truck knowing we were en route to you , my husband was doing the walk through with you to figure out where you wanted your stuff placed while my other employee was getting the tools and dollys ready in the meantime , I apologize if him vaping while outside waiting for further instruction offended you . Your reservation was over a month ago so i am unsure why you did not reach out sooner to express your complaints .
