  • So good, I used them twice in one weekend. From the initial call from AJ, to having all of my belongings moved up to the third floor if our new, snazzy apartment by Zach and his crew, everything went smoothly and professionally. Everyone was so nice, quick to get to business and thoroughly careful with our belongings. Moving is a stressful event and a huge amount of stress was relieved when Simplified Moves showed up on time and did what my wife and I are unable to. Thank you all. Probably won't move for another couple of years but I will definitely look you up when it's time.

    It is rare, if not unique, to find more ungrateful, nasty customers than you. You had a crew work for more than 5 hours but paid for just three. At a point we sent to you a third worker and we made you not pay any extra. One of the members of the crew returned at night and worked until midnight and you were not charged a dime. You immensely overstated the volume of your move, which was way greater and more complicated that you ever stated. We really went above and beyond with you, offering more hours, a third person and more help without asking for a dime. You should really be ashamed of yourself.
