Chris (owner) was exceptional in communication and professionalism. He knows how to run his business to retain and grow his business. The young men that unloaded my box worked hard and were respectful, and I appreciate that. I do wish that more attention was paid to information on boxes that indicated fragile, this way up, etc. They did their best to correct this when I pointed this out, though.
