  • Over all, disappointed. The guys that came were incredibly kind and optimistic but unfortunately they weren’t very prepared for what was going to be required of them. Neither of them used the dolly, ratchet straps, or many of the furniture pads that were provided. Upon unpacking, we found crushed boxes and scratched furniture. I have a pair of vintage dressers and my grandparents china cabinet that came out with scratches and dings despite me expressing how old and delicate they are. My china cabinet, tv buffet, and couch were stacked on its side of turned at damaging angles. Like who does that?! I’m bummed with how this went. The guys were real cool but I wish they took better care of my belongings. We also went over time but they gave me a discount since they were caught in traffic on their way to start the job. There was a lot of confusion about charging me for the extra time and one of the guys kept handing the phone to me to talk to their boss. I wish we just did it ourselves.
