Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The communication was awful and I was asked to pay for an additional hour by venmo or cash app via a text by Daniel at All American Moving which was very concerning. This whole process seemed like a scam. I will never use All American Moving again. In addition, a sculpture was damaged and had scratch marks through the base which was noticed after the move.
They were AMAZING!!!
I can not thank Sam and Jeff enough. I needed help unloading due to an injury during the move. I contacted them for same day help. Sam responded within minutes of my online request. He confirmed a time later that day. When their previous job ended early, he called to let me know they could come earlier. They finished the job quickly and efficiently. They were careful and made a conscious effort not to damage anything. They also helped me set up some furniture since my injury would have made it difficult for me to do. I can not recommend them enough. Really nice guys and overall class act!
