  • Several furnishings were damaged during loading. The trucks were not properly loaded and were unsecured. Several items were not packed correctly causing damage to fragile objects. The workers stopped packing and loaded and departed the job was completed. Overall poor experience.

    We did not load your truck. You only hired us to pack your belongings. And your belongings were packaged and protected with what you provided us. Before completion of the job you were notified of time and items and you agreed that the job was too satisfactory and we were good to go as you provided the payment code. We did not stack your truck, you said you were hiring another company the next day since we finished so late. Please do not make false reports on our company as there are documents for everything.
