  • Movers scratched & dented my washer and dryer upon placing them into my PODS unit. Literally tried to forced them next to each other. I had to say serial times to just put one in front of the other. Mover also scratched my dinning room chair leg due to carelessness. Lastly, they came into my home smelling like weed. Pretty unacceptable. Would not use again. I appreciate they last minute accommodation to provide moving assistance but didn’t expect careless handling of my items.
