The team is great and very professional. I gave them 4 stars because they did not bring a furniture dolly, no rope or straps and one of the guys did not seem to have a lot of experience in moving. The table had an indentation from the same person laying down on the edge of the door and scuff my wood floors for bouncing the table on the floor.
